Georgian Table

While travelling, trying local cuisine is one of the best ways of getting to know a culture. That is why we decided to open Restaurant Chalet Mestia, which offers its guests a vast selection of traditional Georgian and regional Svanetian dishes.

When designing Restaurant Chalet Mestia, we wanted to create a comfortable environment and incorporate historical Georgian motifs as part of the design — complete with a terrace open to the Svaneti sky.

Loved our weekend stay in the cozy hillside retreat. The big, clean rooms had a wonderful view of the snow-capped mountains and the lobby was the perfect spot to warm up by the fireplace.
